The rental was made, apparently within 24 hours and was canceled by Sixt at FRA Hbf. 1) Why does system give me a confirmation number when it will be get cancelled, this is very, very poor customer service. At a minimum the confirmation should include a very large, BOLD disclaimer so the customer knows his peril. 2) the woman at the desk was not apologetic at all, she was dismissive, awful. I suspect she rented my car to someone else at 500 Euros due to the shortage! Please check on your system to see if that is true. Leaves a bad taste for customer. Jim
