Easy and convenient
Waited 45 min to receive a vehicle I had already booked. The car I received was spot washed and not clean on the inside. The pickup and drop-off is not located at the airport but down the street. I believe this is why they have the issues they do. No airport standard accountability
Booking process was simple, BUT I couldn’t cancel my reservation and get a refund after only having a vehicle booked for less than 12 hours. Tried to cancel days in advanced prior to our scheduled pick up, but we were given the run around to call all these different numbers to get an answer - which we never received. We no longer needed a vehicle and customer service was terrible. Will not be using Thrifty for our future trips.

It took 3 hours to pick up a car from hnl. There wasn’t enough of an inventory so we were all literally waiting for cars to be returned. All of the other brands had zero lines. I would consider another brand than dollar or thrifty which used the same staff from hnl.
