Car wasn’t safe to drive. Employees resolution was to return it to original rental location (not nearest thrifty location) and pay for a more expensive rental vehicle or to not drive it on a day with wind, but “it’s going to be windy over the next few days”. (Wind was 20 mph on the day car was blowing all over the road)

What could have been better was the fact that I only had a choice between a Jeep or a Chevrolet truck and I'm a short and round person and my husband has bad knees. I chose the Jeep thinking it would be easier to get into, in which it wasn't. I called for 3 days after I got the Jeep hoping I could trade it for something easier to get into, but they didn't have anything available!

Pick up was fine, the late night staff was nice. The car was the right size for our needs.

We reserved a luxury vehicle and got a full size vehicle. The radio mechanics didn’t work, the car was filthy on the outside, there was a star in the windshield and other body damage that was not gone over with us at pick up. Drop off was complicated after hours. I didn’t have the paperwork to fill out with me so had to leave the garage and find my uber who was circling the airport waiting for me and then take it back up. There was no pen provided to fill out this mandatory paperwork so I had to scrounge one up. Just a disappointing experience overall.
