We had reserved a car months prior and upon arrival only had options for a Van or Truck. Makes a big difference on a cross country trip!

where to pick up of a car at the Omaha Nebraska airport. From the very beginning, a very rude woman came up to her Uber driver and yelled at him very loudly for him, dropping us off there. He had to drop us off there because we were not getting off of a flight you're coming from somewhere else. She did not have to do that. I think it took us about 60 to 90 seconds to get out from the car and he left. Ever since then the lady at the counter was rude, snippy, bitchy all of them there, Palos, and Avis. They SUCK!! DO NOT RENT FROM AVIS/PAYLESS!! ** we got a dodge charger which I thought was really fun but the whole car was so smoky like smoky smoky. We didn't wanna go back to the rude person at the counter so we just sucked it up.

I have never had a better pick up experience with any car company than I did with National in Omaha. Outstanding and I would absolutely use them again especially at this location.
We were very pleased with our rental. The staff were very pleasant and we were happy with our car. It was clean and comfortable.

This was an old van that had 62k miles on it and was in need of maintenance. It shimmed and was noise. Not the comfort level I expected from a rental. Also, the service staff was good but under manned. Nobody present when I returned my vehicle.

Our flight into Omaha was delayed and we didn’t arrive until after the Alamo rental counter closed at 1:00 AM but the rental agent that helped us in the garage with pickup and checkout was absolutely FANTASTIC! He couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.
Got to the airport only to find that my rental pick up location was across town, and they were out of cars at the airport. Why does a pick up location across town even show up in the search results? I think my complaint is more about kayak than enterprise.

Appreciated small SUV style Ford EcoSport for travelling, had just enough space for all our luggage. Didn't have great gas mileage but very good otherwise (comfort, driveability, storage space, flexibility of putting back seats down for luggage, etc.)
Budget did an excellent job with my entire rental. They called the day before to confirm pick-up plans and were easily able to move my pick-up location to the airport when I had accidentally booked the wrong location. We had a new vehicle to drive and it was very fuel efficient. They were so friendly and I would definitely rent at this location again.

My rental was not found,I called to have it picked up at a different time and this lady on the phone who’s name I forgot was completely unhelpful and unprofessional she must had a rough morning or night and went from saying they were trying to find me a truck to flat out never mind we don’t have one,like hours from when I needed my rental, I would definitely not recommend.

They don’t clearly state they will charge an additional insurance fee on top of what I paid. Plus they weren’t extremely helpful or friendly.
When I arrived in Omaha, I had to hunt for the relocated rental car counter. The agent was a very surly 30-something who mumbled directions for finding the car. There was no one at check out from the lot to check for damage, etc. The next morning at the airport hotel, I took pics to document the numerous dings, chips and scratches on the Nissan Rogue. There was either no cruise control or it was not working which was inconvenient since the bulk of my travel was on the mostly lightly travelled interstate. Luckily, my trip was incident free. When I returned, the agent was a very pleasant young woman who assured me that I didn't need to worry about the chips and scratches.
