Wanted to extend the hire for just 4 days but this was going to cost me more than the 11 days I had already hired. So I took it back to the airport in Alice Springs and hired from another car hire agency for $300 rather then over $2k. Ridiculous difference in price for a similar car.
Not any online systems worked, no online checking, not possible to download invoice (credentials do not match). People on desk were very friendly and nice, but everything else poor. Also I'll complain my invoice as I get it. The price offer what I get was different as taken my credit card.
Should release credit card retainer when the car is returned in good order like other companies - not 2 weeks later!
