Bit of a wait at the airport waiting for the courier bus to pick up. Maybe the lines you say to follow around to the pick up should be repainted. They do not stand out by any means. Otherwise the experience was good at pick up and drop off.
Originally we hired a Tesla, I recieved a call a few weeks out and was advised that their shipment of Tesla's wasn't coming so instead I would be getting a Toyota Corrola or similar. I asked if there was a better option for the same price as in terms of comfort and style, the Corolla wasn't quite at the same level as a Tesla. I was told "no" that was my only option. In the end, we were given a KIA Cerento Hatch, which is worse than a Corolla in terms of style if toy ask me. Practical, but small, for 4 people with luggage, will not be doing that again.

Didn’t get the Corolla and the replacement was ok but the headlights didn’t work properly at night which made it a bit u safe in the dark driving in the mountains
Car was amazing however I had no idea that the deal I had, had restrictions as to the amount of kilometres travelled per day. This was not pointed out to me at pickup so consequently I travelled over double the included is and was penalised heavily. I will not use Kayak or Europcar again.

The car was advertised as being provivded by Eurocar and for pickup at the airport terminal. However, it turned out to be an offside provider. I was not given the name of the provider or any details of a shuttle to get to the pickup location. I had to take taxi at my own cost to the location. This also added a extra hour to my journey. If I had been made aware the provider was not located at the airport terminal I would have booked this car. I'm very disappointed with the false advertising and the inconvenience this caused my family.

On arrival it would have been nice to be greeted. After paying the key gets handed to you and nothing else. No one explained the car to me or process of recording photos of the car. I just sat in a car I've never driven before confused. How do I start it,where's the hand brake etc as I'm not used to a button start. Very overwhelmed expediting out into chaotic traffic on the freeway. The car was good,drop off friendly but pick up was less than great customer service.

The hyundai Tucsan was great to drive and the apple car play features were very helpful especially with the maps. Check in and drop off was quick and easy. Would def be back.

I had ordered a ute as had a large amount of luggage. There were no utes left, so I was given a Prado as an alternative. We managed to lay the seats down to fit all the luggage in, but not our third passenger. No charge on the 'upgrade'. Was only a small inconvenience.

Pros: Car was very comfortable & fuel efficient. Staff was very professional. Quick & easy return. Cons: Rates were a little high. We did not like that we were threatened with a $170AUD fee if the car was not cleaned upon its return. We had never heard that before with any other rental we've had.

The car was a good price but got hit with having to pay more for the insurance than the actual car! Rip off! Returned car back a day early as well.. and no refund or anything .. pathetic customer service.
Booked for a full size van but through qeeq but provided mid sized van or MUV(KIA CARNIVAL ). Even thrifty mentioned they cant help. They didn't even try to arrange an alternative van. Poor experience. Won't suggest QEEQ to anyone

Reservation said to pick up vehicle at Noon. Arrived and found that (1) store was only open from 9 AM to Noon (and thus was closed when I arrived, and (2) they had no vehicles (as per sign on their door).

Enterprise staff was amazing and very helpful. The problem was that you can't rent a car under 21 years old and the kayak website failed to display this information. We booked everything and then showed up not being able to rent a car which completely trough off our plans.

I booked the car for 5 days or $324 but they added extra like location fees ($66), Registration fees ($32.5), contract fee ($12) + GST and made me pay. This was complete rip off. I wish I wouldn't have booked from Kayak. I travel a lot but this bad experience with them will turn me away from Kayak as well. Also, they closed the store early so I couldn't pickup on 14th but had to go again on 15th morning to pickup the car. So bad experience, disappointing customer service by staff and rip off.
Enjoyed the upgrade to a Kia Sportage, wasn't expected. Vehicle was clean, new and drove well. Pick up at Broome Airport was straightforward, friendly, helpful staff. Car parking simple and convenient for pick up and drop off.
