I don't take car and they tak my money please I need help to refund my money

It was extremely difficult to cancel my reservation well in advance and I still have not been refunded.

Over charged us for days we didn’t use. Rude at drop off.

Pickup was easy - we were greeted warmly and immediately. Manjit did a nice job explaining the process. We were served quickly at drop off as well.

The pick-up and drop-off process was quick and easy. Will rent from Alamo again.

Very personal service and friendly efficient staff. The shuttle to T5 is literally 5 minutes making pick up and return very easy. Would recommend! Oh, and the car was brand new, economical on fuel yet great fun to drive - Nissan Juke.

I was unwittingly involved in what appears to be an insurance scam perpetrated by Raj at the Sixt Heathrow Terminal 2 pickup when I picked up the car. The vehicle had extensive damage to the rear and even though I was happy to take it as long as they documented it - Raj refused to do so and threatened to call the police if I took a photo of it with him in the photo as evidence. The damage was NOT listed in the contract. I got around the scam by emailing your office a photo of the damage BEFORE I drove the car away. Raj was acting like a lunatic and I am sure glad that I did what I did - because sure enough your organization blamed ME at the end of the rental for the damage. Anyone else would have not noticed when they picked up the car and would have been screwed. Its also a good footnote to mention that the vehicle was parked about 1 inch away from the metal barrier, which meant that it would have been impossible to see the damage - I believe this was done on purpose to hide the damage from a renter. I could not get the manager Emilio from Terminal 5 on the phone to discuss this matter, so I remain pretty disgusted by the whole event. Raj is an angry liability and he does your organization no favors. Given this - this is the last time I will be renting from you, it is just too much trouble after a long flight. It took 2 hours from start to finish and Raj made a number of threats and incorrect statements which I am happy to share with you if you are interested.

Smooth process and comfortable cars

We waited forever for a shuttle bus and when it turned up, it had room for 2 people. There were about 8 people in front of us and 7 in our party with 3 little kids. We'd just got off an 8hr overnight flight and the kids were cranky. The party in front of us let us go before them on the 3rd shuttle to show up, but that could only fit 3 people. It took forever to get our whole group to the actual Avis location, over several shuttle busses. The desk was really busy and my pre-booking took forever to process. Not the slickest operation, but the car was new & clean and ready for us. Price was ok, vehicle great, process poor.

Windscreen washer had been filled with water and remained frozen for my entire visit

Didn't have any problems with the hire and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Like having a known company. Have rented from other companies where I had to go to some little office well off site. Hertz rental location was easy to find, clean and well staffed. I knew that I could return the car after office hours and find someone there to return the car to. Their choice of car options was also important. Finally they offered a generous mileage allowance - 700 miles for 7 days.

The employee who assisted us was extremely helpful, and friendly. 10/10

Taking the Delivery was really pathetic and the staff was really rude. Drop in facilities was super easy efficient and comfortable.

No one at rental return

Friendly and efficient staff and process. But difficult to contact after. There is no way to speak to a person. The email given was not responded to when I asked for a larger vehicle after pick up. Very frustrating.

Worst ever. Use a more reputable company. You’ll thank us.

I couldn't get a hold of the company before traveling to make amendments to the booking. I called Kayak and tried to call Ace and the name of the company was something else entirely. Kayak said to visit their kiosk when I got to Heathrow, there was no kiosk at Heathrow. No phone number would connect me to a human and in the end I showed up to pick up the time I wanted to change it to and they were very accommodating. Shame about the runabout in the lead up.
