The wait to get a car was extremely long. Once we got the car, got the car seats and kids loaded wenheaded to the check out. We thought we were on our way, when we get to the drive out, we were told that we could not rent the vehicle because it had a recall. We then had to get another car, but the keys had to be found before we could unload the original car, our bags, kids and car seats. By the time we were done this process added another 30 or more minutes to or ability to drive out.

I returned the van 2 hours before it was due back. Their rep must not have filed the paperwork properly because Budget is still asking me to return the vehicle - 2 weeks later. My credit card company declined all the charges Budget processed against me and I had to get a new card due to perceived Fraud on Budget's end. What the Hell

Booked on Kayak, arrived at airport and was told they were sold out and didn’t have the vehicle I booked. I was quoted a little over $800 on kayak and when they eventually “found” me a Suburban which I had booked and was told they didn’t have at first, it ended up costing me $1481. I learned to never book 3rd party and never use budget again

We were there for an hour and a half before we got our car and it was the 3rd car they got for us. The first car we had all our luggage in and they decided that car wasn't ready after we loaded it...the second car they brought to us wasn't big enough....it was a category or 2 lower than I paid for....finally we got a mini van that fit everything.....but we were there way to long.
