Pros:I did not pick up the car because they didn't have a car that I had booked. Tha car was so called with a failor and they didn't have another one to replace it. There I stood with my suitcases with no car! Very poor and extremely unprofessional way of doing business.
Cons:I DID NOT GET A CAR THAT I CAME TO PICK UP AND I PREVIOUSLY HAD BOOKED!
Pros:The person working the counter found me an alternative way to rent a car but it was more expensive
Cons:There was no car available for the reservation I made. I ended up paying more for a lesser car through a private renter which might not have had insurance but I had no choice as I needed a car urgently. It’s disappointing to see that the reservation through Kayak was worthless. Will not book car rental through this site again.
