Car was dirty. Storage area for Jeep Grand Cherokee had not been cleaned. Looked like someone brought the sand from beach with them

They gave me my car early around 3:20 for a 4:00 pickup. Said I could return at 4 with no extra charge. Then charged me an extra day! Quick service for pickup though

They didn’t walk the car just handed me the keys. When I arrived at my destination they stated I should have demanded them to walk the car because there’s damage on the side door that had been obviously touched up. I don’t think I should ask an agent to walk the car they should know to walk their rentals.
