It would have been helpful if it had been made clear that a £1300 deposit was required at collection not hidden in the ts and cs when making the online booking. The positive was - cancellation was free.

Had to cancel credit card two days before flying due to possible fraud and did not have another. Had to use a debit card which meant we have been charged an extra 100 pounds on top of what we paid. Over £200 for a Skoda citigo for 3 days is an absolute joke

Car wasn’t full of fuel, I was told this on arrival but it makes it awkward on drop off to leave it on a similar level it’s much easier taking it away full and dropping it off full
