the lines were so long that my reservation passed and i could not use the scan codes to set up acct and go stright to the car. this was the same for the dozens of folks in line with me. After 20+ hours of travel a 2+ hour line to get a car was brutal... Also the miorrors were folded up so i got on Toronto Freeways and could not see until i found a safe spot to pull off and fix the mirrors.
They refused to honour my confirmation. They say I wasn’t a foreigner. Only after I showed them my flight tickets they then rented me the vehicle. After that everything was okay.
Pickup was suuuuper slow and frustrating at YYZ. I reserved a Dodge Charger (or similar) from your site. I received a VW Jetta. This is not similar. The touchscreen navigation button was broken rendering the map useless. So I lined up at Pickup (again). And waited (again). After a long conversation I was reassigned. To an identical VW Jetta. It was good on gas + the map functioned.
