Very disappointed with your co and dollars, 1.when I set the pick up time , your co didn’t match my Schedule until I print out the paper then found wrong pick and drop off time I call your co and dollars to change back what I suppose to ,they and your co can not change for me , my freight delay till 1100 pm , when I am arrival at the airport, office close at 10 . I can not pick up the car till next day , I have to rent a car from Avis pay $125 one days extra and waste my time , I have drive back to airport next day to return the car and pick up from dollar rent a car , I will never use your co and dollars any more . Never paid in advance again , never gog this bad experience of my life before , no more again. I didn’t know your co same is Priceline the same group, if I know I will not use your co to do business. .your group can not trusted.
A lot of silly fees. I would just like to know what it’s going to cost. I felt like I was reading a cell phone bill; there was six or seven lines of fees. I would appreciate an honest number much more. Otherwise the staff was great and the car was clean.
