It’s a dingy room inside of a hotel and they didn’t even have my SUV that I reserved available. They told me only when I got there too that they’re charging me per mike instead of the Unlimited Mileage package I ordered and claimed it’s in the fine print and couldn’t show that anywhere. So yea a complete scam and I ended up taking my own car and someone else there was not so lucky because he was from out of town and they had no car for him either leaving him stranded. A complete mess and scam and highly recommend NOT to use them. They offered me a crappy sedan and a $30 discount lol not what I ordered or could use if I wanted to. Straight buns.

I consider it almost a scam. The rental agency is not located at the same place as other rental agencies. Instead you have to take the bus to the other rental agencies from the airport, and from there take another bus to this offsite location. Once there it seems we where not the only customers who had not realized the pickup was far from the airport. Once at the agency we waited 50 minutes from arriving until we where able get our car.
