The staff were always hustling customers out their money. For example, I wasn’t given any choice in LDW and it was either I take it or forego the rental. Also I reserved a full SUV (Ford Explorer) but they claim Expedia did false advertising and all I can get is a mini SUV.

They force you into getting their insurance on top of the one you get. The deposit was crazy high and wasn’t fully refunded after being told the car was returned in the same conditions. To me it felt like a hustle and definitely won’t be booking with them ever again.

The company is deceiving by saying they are located at HNL airport however they are miles away with no shuttle to their location.

Friendly staff; easy location to find. We’ve rented from them 3 times, and would do so again. Choice of vehicles is not great, but prices are fair, plus there’s no pressure to purchase their insurance.
