my first time driving a Tesla 1) was not shown how to unlock the doors. had to google it 2) cigarette butt on the floor
I rented a pick-up truck in middle of february and it came with summer tire, really unsafe and i did lost control a few times. Even if the province of Alberta doesnt enfore their driver to use winter tire i do believe that a rental company should ensure the safety of their custommer.
Everything worked as planned, no surprises, Staff were friendly and helpful.
Joe at Edmonton Airport was fantastic
Over the years I have rented through other agencies. But I have to say. The gentleman name Joe at the international airport(Edmonton) has just been amazing at his job. Very patient, knowledgeable. Very easy going. I ran into an Major incident & It could have been a nightmare! but Mr Joe help me get through it like pro.. So far, I'm very happy with everything. Thank you.
