Pros:The gentleman who assisted me at the counter was very nice, friendly, polite and helpful. Wait times were short and the transaction was processed quickly.

Cons:The first car I received had a broken driver's seat, which I did not discover until later. Swapping the car was a bit of a hassle and we were not offered anything to compensate for the inconvenience.

Drop off in Fairfield was fast and easy. Pick up at SFO a nightmare. 5 or 6 desks with only 2 people working. I was told 3 people were out due to injury, but the last thing anyone wants after a long flight is to wait in line 40 minutes for a prepaid rental car. And because I wasn't a "Gold" member, I had to hike for my car which wasn't easy to find. Then the car had no "hands-free" or navigation. Last time I use Hertz

The car was ok but the trunk didn’t lock - couldn’t keep anything in there while away from the car. Waited TWO HOURS after checking in at the Hertz desk to pick up our car. When we returned it, there was only one worker for a long line of cars. Terrible.
