He took note I hurt my leg and could not walk well. When we got inside he brought out a stool so I could sit & made sure I was comfortable. 👍 Staff over all at that location great. Good job crew. 👏
The lakewood location was terrible. Rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful staff. They didn’t have enough cars. They wouldn’t except my temporary id. I left without a car. Hertz later helped fix the problem and I got a car from a different location. But it was still a lot of wasted time and money

Using Kayak/Priceline sucked. They let me book a car at a location that wasn't available. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Hertz, and they helped me. I WILL NOT make the mistake of using Kayak again.
