Please stay far away. Unfortunately we experienced abhorrent customer service regarding an issue and dealt with the manager, Mikey, whom was extremely rude and condescending. He claimed that we lost our original car key and returned one that was different, when we in fact, did not. He said that we would be charged $200. We of course were outraged and tried to tell him many times that an employee must have made an error computing the lost key note on our account, but he wouldn’t hear of it. He tried to dismiss us many times and even stated “we’re not arguing, you’re free to go.” His attitude at this point only caused us to become increasingly more upset and a scene was starting. We watched him walk outside on the phone where he must have double checked the records with an employee, and like we said originally — an error was made and we were right. We did not lose a key. His employee mistook us for another customer and relayed wrong information. Upon this confirmation is when his demeanor changed completely. He went from being argumentative, hostile, and condescending to more subdued. If only he had tried to be more professional and work with us from the beginning instead of demanding that we were wrong this review could have been avoided. There was no actual issue with our car, but I would not recommend this company to anybody due to the horrible way we were treated.
