Good: Fast, Efficient, late hours (airport) Dislike: High fees, attendant complained that i didnt have a mask on (i was dropped off and forgot one...to which i asked for one and she said they didnt have any) I understand its a federal mandate...but I pointed out that over half of the other attendants that were servicing the desk had their masks not only below their noses...but below their chins. She quickly let it go. The vehicle had a low PSI warning and was showing 23 PSI on the dash. pointed it out to the check out and they said it was most likely due to the chilly weather. It was not. It was definitely low for my entire trip down to west palm. No biggie....... I would hope that if I requested another vehicle that they would have obliged. Overall: happy with the experience

We waited an hour and a half to get our vehicle. Even though we booked and paid for it ahead of time. Amar who works at budget in the Orlando international airport said it would take 30 mins. to find a new vehicle for us. After talking to the manager several times we waited an hour and a half. Amar still hadn’t processed our paperwork and had helped many other customers while doing nothing with our paperwork. The manager was confused why he didn’t have our paperwork after an hour and a half. Horrible customer service! Not acceptable. Use another car rental company who actually values their customers and gets them what they ordered. Budget has poor employees who treat customers very poorly.

Horrible customer service. It took 3.5 hrs just to get the car. We were working with the manager and she had to enter our information 3 times before she got it right. We finally got the van got our kids, luggage and car seats loaded just to find out the seat for my oldest son was broken. My husband had to walk all the way back to the counter to get another vehicle THEN we turn the car in we get no receipt, nothing was emailed and then they overcharged our credit card $400 and we still can’t get in contact with customer service to get our money back. Never again

Van was given to us smelling like pee and other odors. There was also a spray on the inside of the windows as if a soda had exploded. On the third day of the trip the starter began to fail. Finally does on the 4th day and we had to be jump started. Budgets 24 hour roadside assistance was a complete joke. Luckily Disney Security helped us. Returned the vehicle before we had planned. They did pro rate the rental, pay me back for the gas I had left in the tank and gave me the cleaning fee but we wasted hours of our vacation and even had to pay for an Uber one day.
