Customer Service Agent Roy at the Ontario Airport Location is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, arrogant representative I've ever experienced. He shouldn't be in customer service at all. A very bad representation to the company. It's time for him to retire ASAP. I will NEVER rent at Avis due to his unprofessionalism. However, I do want to show some love to Customer Service Agent Gabby "budget" who was able to assist me with my reservation in a much professional manner

They could have had a car for me to rent. I went all the way to the airport and was told that they had already helped too many people that day and could not honor my reservation.
The first car we were shown smelled like a smoker had been camped in it for a month. But then we were given a Nissan Murano which was much nicer than the Toyota Rav4 we had requested. We had a great road trip!
Quick and easy, attendant at desk was helpful and friendly. I just wish vehicle was wiped down. door handles, steering wheel, and windshield had some filth from the previous passenger. Not crazy dirty, but in these times it wouldn’t hurt to do a quick 2 min wipe down w some Lysol wipes on general areas. Other than that I was very satisfied with service and vehicle.

In one word….HORRIBLE!! There was only one agent at the counter and about 20 people waiting in line. It took me approximately 90 minutes to reach the counter. When I finally reached the counter he told me that there were no cars available for Payless. I needed that car for a trip at 4:00 AM. He tells me at 11:30 PM when all other counters were closed or closing. He could have made an announcement while people were waiting in line. It would have saved me a hour and a half in time and given the opportunity to rent elsewhere. Very poor customer service. I don’t think I’ll use Payless Car Rental again.

Drop off was great. car ran well. did well on gas. But picking up the car took a while. We did not know, nor were there any signs that stated Payless was the same line as Avis and Budget. we stood around waiting for someone to come to the desk. we know for next time.

Very professional. Very efficient. Quick and easy. Our shuttle bus (#85) broke down at LAX during the trip to the airport and the driver was very apologetic and helpful in getting a replacement shuttle bus for our rescue.

My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day and Hertz refused to change my pick up time. They give a 24 hour window and I explained to them that I still wanted the car but I would arriving one day later. My original reservation was 12:00 so I had until 12 the next day. I got there at 12:30 and they had no car for me. I had to go to another rental place.

Staff making deals in exchange for high ratings. $50day add on fee to extend rental. Charge $15 to shuttle to airport. Airport 5 minutes away. Attempt to sell $9.49/gallon refueling convenience. Actually not Eurocar but Fox Rental. Never will use again.

The didn't have any cars for me and 5 other people that arrived about the same time, They didn't communicate with us. They did nothing to help us. Aren'/t they supposed to secure cars from competitors for us when they can't honor our reservations?' I don't know if I can trust Kayak with my ravel arrangements now.

The drop off was extremely confusing. There was no information on where the drop off spot was so we ended up driving around for 25 minutes trying to find it. It would’ve been helpful to have some sort of direction on where the drop off spot was
They did not have the vehicle or similar that I reserved. Would only provide me a lesser vehicle for the same price or I had to pay (which I didn't have a choice) for the upgrade. Felt like it was an intentional bait and switch.

When I arrived, there were two representatives assisting customers with six customers ahead of me. It took an hour to get through the process to then go get my car. First car smelled like prior customer had just put their cigarettes out. When I brought this to the attention of lot attendant, was directed to a second car. This car was badly scraped the entire length of the drivers side, and looked like someone had tried to pull the front license plate off. When I told attendant, I didn't want to look like I had rented a wreck, I was directed to a third car. Total process to pick up a car was 90 minutes.
