They didn’t have any cars and refused to refund my money.
I went to pick up the car and didn’t get it because they were out of cars, they charged to my credit card but I haven’t received any.
The sales rep was friendly
Pros:Sean who helped check us in was very friendly and helpful! He has a great attitude and patiently answered all my questions. The fast check in with no lines was amazing!

They did not have the car I reserved, which wasn’t such a huge deal, more a disappointment. What was really upsetting was that I had requested two toddler seats to safely transport my 3 year old twins for 4 days. I even called the week before my trip to confirm that they would be able to accommodate and the confirmed that they would. When I got to the counter, I was told that they only had one booster seat available. When the supervisor ELIZABETH was asked how she expected me to drive with children if the seats weren’t available, she shrugged her shoulders and said “well, one of them could use this booster seat.” The customer service was horrendous, she didn’t offer any suggestions other than to go find another car rental dealership, and was dismissive of child safety laws. I will NOT be using this company ever again.
