Great customer service. Everyone I interacted with was kind, competent, and professional.

Customer service was excellent, Bryan was professional and help me with a good car.

Our experience was terrible. We booked online, and when we arrived we were told that their was no car available. No excuse, no alternative proposed nothing and left us at 10pm with no option than to take an hotel room at our costs and find by ourselves a different option. Disaster.

Picking up the car was a nightmare. We specifically asked for a Chevy Suburban due to the amount of luggage and people we had. We needed Captains chairs in 2nd row and the larger trunk space. The counter agent refused to give us one, despite me being an Avis member and pointing out the available one on the lot. When we went outside we met Dan who works the lot outside. He was AMAZING! I pointed out that there was a Suburban that was perfect, he checked it and quickly changed our car to that Suburban. When we tried to leave the lot, the agent inside had assigned that car to another COUPLE (just after us) (not the 6 people we had). We couldn't leave, and found Dan who went inside to sort out the issue. The agent was planning to give them the Suburban because they had requested a black car. Our friend Dan reminded the agent the our car was not black but green. He finalised the paperwork again from inside and finally we were able to leave. Without Dan the trip would have been much more difficult due to the layout of the Expedition. What I didn't understand is why a couple would get priority over us simply because they requested a specific colour when we had 6 people and needed a specific type of car. Thexagent at the counter was downright rude, but Dan SAVED THE DAY!!! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!

The condition of the vehicle which I reserved was poor compared with vehicles I rented from other rental companies. The fuel tank was half full and vehicle tire had a nail/screw. The rental company said they couldn't fix the tire on site and has to be sent to mechanic for fix. They didn't have a similar vehicle replacement. So, I had to rent from a different location, which added couple of extra wasteful hours to my trip.

The rental rate was just too much.

I didn't even get the car - they refused on the basis that I needed my passport. It did not say that on their website. I hired from Budget the week prior without issue. They were also incredulously rude to me. Never again. Total scam.

Pickup was smooth, seamless, and an overall great experience. The employees were wonderful. Drop off was a mess and the counter attendant should be fired. Completely unprofessional the way in which he spoke to me and another customer who was picking up. Flustered, irate, and explosive attitude.

Dollar could not deliver the car i paid for in advance. Moreover they did not offer a solution other than wait a call from them. i had to pick up a car which i did not intend to.

Terrible experience. The car wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be. Their cleaners went home or something. Had to wait 2 hours for the car. Then they overcharged me on tax for the rental. Then they started the rental before I even took possession of the car. Then when I tried to return it there wasn’t anyone there and they added 2 hours into my rental even though they are the ones who didn’t have anyone out there to receive it.

They did not have a vehicle ready for me.

The employees were very nice and very helpful
