Well not cancelling my reservation the minute I landed in LAX would have helped. So instead of a vehicle I reserved I had to go elsewhere and pay over double what I was expecting to pay. No alternate vehicle was even offered. Just flat out cancelled. So thanks for making my trip start off on a bad, and more expensive, foot.

After hours Drop off was a nightmare. The parking lot to drop off our car was completely full as well as the parking garage next to it. The area reserved for AVR was roped off and we were unable to put our car in the proper lot. Tried numerous times to call customer service however, no one picks up and they want you to leave a voicemail. After half hour someone finally came out to leave the hotel, and we were able to snag a space. certainly not a pleasant experience when you can find no place to leave your rental and you have a flight to catch. Definitely need an after hours answering service.

The staff was nice, the hidden fees were not and also my fuel level was given to me at less than a quarter and the contract that was emailed to me Dias it was given full, so I had to pay even more to fill the gas. Too many hidden fees, as well as the fact that I signed up for unlimited miles on Kayak and Airport van gave me limited miles. If this was the case I would have book with someone else. This feels like a scam. I am not pleased and am very disappointed in the character and ethics of the company.

Van was big enough for our party of 8 and luggage. However, the van was clearly dated. The van had stains on the seats, the air conditioning did not work reliably, the wind shield fluid was empty. We had a great time in our trip despite the van.

Finding pickup location was not as easy and when we tried to call, no one ever answered. Luckily an airport employee helped us find the correct pick up location. Once we got to correct location, everything else was nice and pleasant.
