I made this reservation about three hours prior to pick up and there were no problems at all. Everything was as smooth as silk.
The air conditioning in a brand new car blows warm/ hot at all times. Didn’t think that would be an issue until it was 27 in Ontario randomly…. The radio interface dies randomly on you … had no radio for 3 provinces.
Check in was fast as was the drop off. Staff is extremely friendly, polite and curteous. The only aspect is the rental prices, which are sky high right now. I do not believe rentals should bare such costs at this time.
Booked online outside of airport terminal and walked in and picked up car. Whole process start to finish took about 15 minutes. Filled up at service station by airport and dropped car off and left keys in the lock box which took about 1 minute of my valuable time. Seamless process.
Car clean and the VW Jetta, achieved excellent gas mileage. Downsides - rentals are very expensive and we had to wait ~15 minutes to get the car after we checked in.
