Easy pick up and drop off, car was clean and an upgrade at no additional cost. Great value too!
I had no problem changing cars. The first one that I got had problem with slow leak in one of the tires. Later when I had to extend the rental period due to rescheduled flights (by the airline), I had to call more than 3 times because no-one answered those calls and no agent returned my calls despite leaving a message and my phone number. Once I got through to an agent, I had no problem.
I will rent with Enterprise exclusively going forward.
The tires were over inflated and loose. We could have died. We were left stranded and in place of the spare was a piece of foam in the shape of a tire. They do not safety check these vehicles. When I complained they got defensive instead of telling me they would look into it.
Everything. I kept car 1 extra day. I’ll be returning it today. Can’t yet say about drop off experience!
