Beware of reserving a car for late in the evening! We landed at 11:15 and Dollar simply stopped running shuttles! Even though we had paid in advance, they just left us hanging. After frantically trying to contact other rental places and then hotels in the middle of the night, we finally had to stay overnight at the expensive hotel, the Westin, onsite at DIA. Dollar never contacted us and never apologized.
The shuttle is understaffed and the available SUV is not AWD. Avoid.
There customer service was the worst they kick us out because they close at 1am and our plane was late, we had to go to Bufget to get a car. Never again will I use kayak
Almost 3 hours to pickup the vehicle from the rental office. Absolutely ridiculous. No apology or attempt to rectify the situation, only pushing for upgrades and to spend more money.
It’s not worth it. You’ll end up paying ghost fees and a bunch of other stupid charges, plus the wait line is an hour long… just go with someone else
