The pick up was fine. They gave me an old and worn Chevy Tahoe after telling me there were no other options on the lot. When I went outside to find it, it was literally sitting next to a brand new model. I went back and said I preferred the new model and they let me switch, worked out in the end but very annoying.

I made reservation online and called and spoke to Hertz on the phone and provided them with a debit card to secure and confirm the vehicle a few days before.. However , when I went to pick up the vehicle at the airport they refused to rent it to mw stating that they required a credit card. I asked them why their customer service didnt tell me that on the phone and accepted my debit card for the reservation? The manager just stated that was Hertz policy. So far, they have cost me over $200 for Uber rides to ansI from airport and stranded me until I can get another vehicle so I amhaving to continue staying in and paying for a hotel. I explained all od this to the Hertz airport manager but he was too busy and in a hurry to care. Terrible customer service.
