Wait time for shuttle was not good. Both at the airport and for return to airport. Other than that, they were excellent.
Overall, a very good experience. There is a bit of hidden fees and city surcharge on top of the listed payment.
The experience was a total pleasure! Our only issue was with the Chevrolet car. The cruise control kept the car at the speed set, however, when going downhill, the car excelerated until I had to push on the brake to slow down. So, the cruise control does not really work.
They only had one person at the counter when a whole can unloaded. Eventually more people arrived but the line was very backed up and slow. Also, the counter person told me the tank would be full and it only had 1/4 of fuel. Fortunately I wasn’t headed too far but I feel he misrepresented and I ended up paying for fuel I didn’t use.
Received the car with gas light on. Needed to put fuel in the car immediately. Employee had no understanding of procedures if the car gets involved in an accident. Had no number to give or insurance company info to give.
