This place doesn't accept regular insurance. After running the car and paying for it, they told me they would not accept my USAA car insurance even though when I called USAA they said that I am covered. They told me I needed to pay almost $300 extra dollars to buy their coverage. The car rental was only $120 so I wasn't going to pay $300 more for insurance. I noticed that everybody in line was experiencing the same situation and because they were from out of town they had to live with it. Luckily I just ubered to my dad's house and borrowed his car. Don't run from this place it's a scam.

They need to check the rental car's condition. The one we rented kept showing us to do the oil maintenance all the time, the tire was flat, and the fuel gauge was broken.

Took $2025 out of our account without saying anything and after calling them they said “it was a mistake” and didn’t even give a full refund. The car had malfunctions with the windshield wipers and the front glass was very dirty. Poor customer service and rude manager.
