Pros:The only thing positive things I can say is the car was clean and cheaper than others. Customer service isn't their strong area.
Cons:Staff was rude picking up and dropping off. My plane was delayed and I was unable to pick up the car at a little after midnight. I was surprised that they closed. It cost me over a $100 to rent a different car for the night and come back the next day and I was charged for the the first night anyway by Thrifty. There was a chip already in the window, when I asked that it be noted on the paperwork, so I wasn't charged, the lady looked at me and rolled her eyes implying I was making more work for her. When I dropped off the car, the lady was rude as HECK!!! She would NOT check in cars. She was yelling at people to just leave the keys in the car and leave. I had a chip in the window that was noted on MY paper work (not in their system) the check in employee asked me what I wanted her to do about it. I said I don't want to be charged. She told me that I had to leave the ONLY paper work I had in the car. When I said this is the only proof I had that the window was chipped before I rented the car. She told me if I didn't leave my paperwork in the car, they would charge me. I took a picture of the paper work and videoed the car to make sure I had proof there was no damage. She glared at me the entire time. A young lady next to me (she looked very young) asked to make sure she wouldn't get charge for damage, the employee said that wasn't her problem. I told her to video her car with her phone. The employee said she didn't need to do that, I told her to do it anyway. The employee shot daggers out of her eyes at me and became more rude. I asked for a receipt because I was charged for gas twice, I was told to go inside. Inside there were at least 45-50 people trying to get pick up a car. I had a plane to catch and it was not possible for me to wait. I have never rented a car and not been given a receipt. (and over charged and told it wasn't there problem to deal with it.)Since there were two other people as surprised as me that the counter was closed, they need to be open in a major airport for the their customers. I understand they were busy, but waiting in line for 2 hours to get a car and the rude return and no receipt is unacceptable.
