Pros:Yes, pick up bus had hertz and not dollar on it
Cons:Letting guest know that hertz hub has dollar and thirfty inside of it
We needed to change return location from TX to CA and they wanted to change our $500 rental to be $1500!! I told them that was a ripoff and that I would return our car and solicit a new rental. He agreed that would be cheaper but he couldn’t do new reservations. So I had to make a separate call to do this TX to CA reservation, which came to $438 instead!! Seems like a Not user-friendly way to do business!

Pros:I paid almost 1k$ for a Nissan for only 5 days. Staff was sitting in the rental car suite when I went inside to drop off the keys with their door cracked open.. I go in to drop the keys off and I get yelled at that they were closed but to go ahead and leave the key. How was I suppose to know I wasn’t suppose to drop the keys at the same place I got them? I just feel like the staff member went out her way to be rude on the drop off.

Cons:The location to pick up the car wanted to place an extra hold on my credit card, although the advertisement said no holds are placed on credit cards. They also wouldn't allow me to use my husband's credit card because the rental was in my name. I was not allowed to rent the car. Money was wasted.
