I felt bad for the staff because they only had two people working and there were issues left and right. One of the employees was running back and fourth figuring out issue's with customers rentals! Overall, I waited about 30-40 mins to get up to the front desk and then they didn’t have the type of car I rented! I wanted something on the cheaper end so I booked a sedan… he could onlg give me a truck that was a little more expensive. Unfortunately, the directions for the car rental return was poor and many customers were having a hard time finding the correct exit! Returning the car took us about 45 mins as well.

The car was different of the one we choose. But they have an acceptable car. The car was not very clean. The good part is that the check in and out was pretty fast.

Cons:At drop off they are trying to charge me for damage when the car had the entire front bumper peeling paint and they said there is an 8 inch scratch - the checkin guy was not reasonable - we will see how the process goes
