Need to let renters know if their drop off in another city, the hours of the proposed drop off site, especially if on a Sunday. The Malibu we had for almost 3 weeks was a good and economical vehicle.
Would not rent a plug-in hybrid again. I spent money charging it at night and did not notice any benefit from it. The extra charge was used up within just a few miles each morning. Apart from that it was a nice vehicle.
Car was fine, no problems. Rental agent in SLC was unfriendly and cold.. also slow and non-communicative. He was sullen and seemed angry. He didn’t talk, or explain anything regarding the agreement, car or directions. A very unpleasant experience!
Car was low mileage and upgraded us after some minor delays at pickup. Friendly staff and made sure that we had everything we needed. Maintenance alert was on as car needed an oil change. It did not disrupt our trip. We picked up car in SLC and dropped off in St. George. Would definitely choose Enterprise again.
Easy, right at the airport. Return was a breeze. Car (mid-size SUV: Ford Edge) was very clean, low milage, and in excellent condition. No complaints.
