Booked and paid more for a car in Kayak website stated clearly the vehicle is in terminal and ended up it required a shuttle bus. No one from Hertz pick us up! We ended up asking a National car rental to give us a lift to Hertz. Third party charges ~$13 per day for insurance and Hertz charges ~$73. It was late night and after a long flight so we paid. Be careful!
