This place doesn't accept regular insurance. After running the car and paying for it, they told me they would not accept my USAA car insurance even though when I called USAA they said that I am covered. They told me I needed to pay almost $300 extra dollars to buy their coverage. The car rental was only $120 so I wasn't going to pay $300 more for insurance. I noticed that everybody in line was experiencing the same situation and because they were from out of town they had to live with it. Luckily I just ubered to my dad's house and borrowed his car. Don't run from this place it's a scam.

Tanya was excellent & refreshing. As a regular traveler I deal with multiple car rental companies I was pleasantly surprised to receive such great customer service, when most just want you to get in & out. While Tanya was was efficient & conducted herself professionally she also had great empathy. I especially appreciated her proactive attention to my disability & offered me a chair as she processed my reservation. The shuttle instructions were wrong (to begin with). The shuttle van arrived 30min after the bus dropped us off (not every 10-15 as quoted). Once at the rental location, I waited 2 hours just to get to the counter and wasted two hours of my rental time/booking to then be notified that I had to pay additional fees for returning after the locations close time, even though my booked was for after that time to begin with and that I’d have to drop the car off at another location and there was no shuttle back to the airport. Ultimately I did NOT rent the car and ruined the entire trip! I will never rent or attempt to rent from then again nor will I recommend them.

The rental price was raised from a $30 deal to $92 because of the items not included in the original deal description, such as they U-Save needed full collision protection insurance and they also charged $27.50 for returning the vehicle after 6 pm. The car rental offer was not accurately described on the web site. The price tripled from the original offer. That is a misleading information for the customer.
