I would have like the car charging ports to work and cigarette outlet to work so I wouldn't get lost and no way to charge phone. Ac stocked in first car but I brought it to a budget car rental place and they got me into a new vehicle right away very good customer service

Hertz was overbooked and had no cars, but Kayak let me spend money to reserve one anyway. When I went to go pick up a car at 10:00pm, there wasn't one available and I was stranded. DON'T book with a middle man, go right to the rental company!

The first car they gave me look like it had been in an accident, with a huge gash in the front bumper. And, they gave me a car with no license plates. The dealer sticker on the rear window was several months old. Was worried the whole time that I might get pulled over. The per day rate was extremely expensive. Most I’ve ever paid rent a compact.

Fargo was GREAT! But, when we dropped off in Denver, the person did not seem to know anything. We wanted to extend a few hours and drop off at the airport. He had no idea how to do that. When I asked if there was an additional cost to drop off at the airport all he could tell me was "I don't think so". I really needed a definite answer and he could not give me one.

Scott drove my car to the airport because my plane was delayed and I wouldn’t make it to the downtown office before it closed. I wouldn’t have had a weekend if he hadn’t done that as there were no other cars in Fargo available to rent. He want above and beyond.

Despite choosing a rental offer that was listed as having a counter at the airport, the reservation completed at the other location across town. The reservation was not movable and they would not arrange a shuttle. Ended up having to take a ride-share to the other location to pick up the car.

We left a note in the car but the key lock was broken we had to manually, the gas cover was busted off, there were stains everywhere and experience picking up was awful! Can someone please reach out so we can provide more details? Thanks!
