Staff was friendly, but the car was not ready at the reserved pick up time. I waited for an hour and a half for them to look up my reservation & clean my vehicle. They even called the previous day to confirm my 2 o’clock reservation, which I’d made a month before, but I could not drive off the lot until 3:45. I even heard one employee tell another they weren’t super busy that day, but they “were steady all day.” Every time I’ve picked up a vehicle from Enterprise at a non-airport location, it’s never been ready when it’s supposed to be. It is clear that Enterprise’s business model is to overbook & understaff. They offered me a pathetic 15% off on a future rental when I returned the vehicle. I am extremely unimpressed with Enterprise.

I didn't like that when I got there I couldn't get the car I needed so desperately to get to my family's funeral because I dint have a credit card and yet it never said anything about that when I reserved it! Luckily I found else where!

The transaction itself was fine but I reserved a luxury car that wasn’t available and was given a standard car. I’ve called in and emailed, still no response from enterprise.
Was charged for fuel (3 gallons) when I returned the car topped off. Completely unsatisfactory!

Dollar rental has a policy where they do a credit check just for a rental, I’ve rented plenty of vehicles before from rental places and was never asked to do a credit check. This policy needs to be updated on third-party sites as well to inform customers in the future.

It took the staff at least 30 minutes to find a car that they deemed convenient to rent me. I made a reservation a couple days in advance for a one-way rental. They seemed surprised when I arrived right on time for may reservation and went through their entire inventory to find a car they were willing to give me for the one-way trip. It was very annoying and took entirely too long, especially since I had a reservation that specified it was a one-way rental.

I picked up my rental just before the office closed. It was the only minivan on the lot and I needed a 7 passenger vehicle to pick up my family from the airport. Basically I felt stuck. I had to accept that car or no car. The car had a horrible cigarette/weed smell in it. I let the lady working know it smelled like cigarettes and I also wrote it on my inspection form before leaving with the vehicle. The smell is so bad, especially if being in the car any length of time. We cancelled our beach trip that we were going to use the car for because the smell was SO bad. We were not able to use this vehicle for our intended purpose and this experience has obviously been very disappointing, as we were looking forward to this trip for a long time. We made the reservation over a month ago.
Person arriving to pick-up lane next to us was told "That vehicle is no longer available. The reservation was for 1:00 p.m., it is 4:30 p.m. We have no other cars available today" No apology, no sympathy, just an offer of picking up a car the next day. If that sounds insane because airports have delayed arrivals all the time, it is; that is NOT Avis policy. But since now I know that this could happen to me, I sure won't ever rent from Avis again

I had a pick up scheduled at 2pm. But the rental place closed at 2. When I showed up the place was closed and I couldn’t get my rental. Terrible experience.
Showed up and was told same day rental was null and void, never received rental car. This is a scam.

Made reservation over 24 hours in advance. Adjusted pick up time by 30 minutes the day we were to pick up the car. Because there was a change to the reservation, they said they could not honor a same-day reservation, despite the fact I made the original reservation the day before. If not for a helpful human at Enterprise, my fiance and I would have been stranded. Will be avoiding Thrifty at all costs and would advise you to do the same.

When I got to the rental counter, I was told that there were no cars available. When I said that I had a reservation, it didn't matter because they had no cars available. What could have been better is if I knew there would be no cars available at the time I made the reservation.
First They overbooked I had to wait for a rental car to come in Some one did arrive 30 minutes later Other people left Finally got paperwork done but The rental person Did Not come out with me to review car He told me just to take pictures I did The car was clean but had small scratches all over car and on passenger side had hit white markers which when I turned in marker on paper that All those scratches and marks were already there The car was ok and not was I asked for but ok Service needs to be addressed When I turned in car one person outside told me one thing and inside person told me another thing They need to get act together My son commented I should have gone to a regular rental because they weren’t professional Also I was charged extra items which later thought I didn’t need $70 more plus rental but it’s over

The car a selected, according to attendant, was not available. They wanted me to take a “premium car” with an additional fee or to call you to cancel the reservation. I never received a car. I ended using UBER for transportation.

Like: The low price/day for the vehicle before adding CDW, Toll Pass, etc. Dislike: Lengthy wait time to rent vehicle (over 30 min). Lack of staff available to perform multiple tasks at once (only 1 staff was at check-in for majority of the time we were there). More than one person complained about the wait time including a women who had waited 40min at shuttle pickup point at airport. Long wait time for shuttle from airport to off-site location (15-20min). There was no information provided to contact shuttle or location to alert them to passengers needing pickup. Lack of explanation of required items, such as declaration page for rental auto insurance.

Overall a very good experience, nice car, great shuttle service. However, I felt I was sold services i didn’t actually need, such as the toll payment. There aren’t that many toll highways in that area, so it would have been nice if the person there would have pointed out where toll highways are. I could have made a better decision. I realize their job is to sell, but people at other car rentals I’ve used have helped in that way. Though that part was disappointing, the rest was a good experience, so I will use Easirent there again.

The phone number they gave for the shuttle didn’t work. It rang and went to voicemail for 20 minutes. I finally called corporate office and they contacted the office. When I got to the office they wanted me to purchase sunpass even though there were no tolls where I was. Lots of people in the office but when you walked in no one helped.
