Car was ready when we arrived. Process was seamless. Counter agent was very pleasant, knowledgeable, explained things thoroughly. I think the only thing that could be improved is showing the features of the automobile before driving off the first time. But in all fairness, no rental agency does that

You pick up a shuttle at the airport and return. The contactless return is a great. The check out is quicker than pre covid, with alot less keystrokes by the agent, so you check in quickly.

Easy pick up and drop off. We were upgraded from a full size car to a Chevy Traverse. This worked out great for us since we were driving a lot through Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Tetons. Car pickup was right at the airport which made it very convenient. So nice to not have to get on a shuttle. Got the rental at a great price because I had booked it last February.

Rented a Camry, got a Suburban. Great upgrade. Counter guy was great. Suburban looked as if it had NEVER been washed - bugs all over it / not bug season ! Windows DIRTY inside - very dirty. Interior overall dirty Returned before 3 pm on a weekday - no one to check in the vehicle. I took the keys and mileage to the desk - different guy. Counter agent busy talking to a guy and couldn’t stop to check me in - no customers waiting. He indicated that he would check in the vehicle and email my receipt within an hour (receipt needed for business reimbursement). As you can imagine…I still don’t have a receipt.

We were given a Chrysler minivan in exchange for a full size front wheel drive car. The minivan was very comfortable and the ride was smooth with excellent cruise control. We enjoyed having it for nine days.

We had issues in Jackson. There was no registration in the car and we got NO rental paperwork. I went back inside and was told we didn't need any paperwork. When we dropped off the car yesterday, we were told we were an hour late and it would cost us an additional $300-! We had no idea that we had a specific time to drop off the car (in Billings MT); we spent an hour in Billings just driving around and could have dropped the car off had we known we had a specific time to drop it off! I was told a manager from Avis would call me tomorrow to talk to me about this. The car was wonderful. The guys in Billings were empathetic about the situation.
