Pros:However, I was very pleased by the vegan food option I pre-ordered.
Cons:No one said anything about the need to download an app before we got in the air. Once we were in the air, we were told how we could access the in-flight entertainment. However, by then you can only download the app if you pay for the internet. I would’ve liked to know to download the entertainment app prior to push back from the Gaye so that I didn’t have to pay for it later. Also, there should be charging capabilities for each seat as opposed to trying to share it with whomever is sitting next to you. Having to use your own device for the in-flight entertainment means you need to charge when flying internationally.
Pros:The flight attendants were very friendly and helpful. The seats felt more roomy than usual.
Cons:My call button didn’t work. I continued to try and get the attention of the attendants during food delivery times (I needed to remind them that I had pre-ordered the vegan meal). Unfortunately my meal was given to another passenger who ate it (for some reason I’ll never understand). They did bring me an apple, barbecue crisps and some cashews in an effort to prevent me from starving.
