It was freezing like an icebox, and the flight attendants apologized for the technical issues they were having. Temperature was going below 19 degrees Celsius

The flight was freezing. I had to call the flight attendants multiple times to help adjust the on-board temperature to a more comfortable level. The flight attendants were unresponsive and uncaring. One of the restrooms was out-of-commission, making it even more difficult for the passengers to be comfortable on the plane.
