The seating arrangement in business class was a poor design. It is necessary to step over adjoining travelers as you enter and exit your seating area. Awkward at best. Dangerous if in emergency.

Food left a lot to be desired, and one seat would not tilt back. However, overall a good experience: Excellent, professional and responsive flight attendants. Smooth check in and gate to plane procedure.
