My don’t Phillip Guillen reservation had been canceled and was not given a reson. We had to pay doble the price to purchase another return ticket. Also they charge my wife and me $1,800 MXn each for the carry on luggage. Very had experiance.

Awful. We booked tickets months ago and paid extra for specific seats. As we were boarding, we were told to stand aside because we were put on standby. Apparently, out of the 3 of us, only 2 of us were given the seats we paid for, and my daughter was seatless. So, we weren't able to board and take our flight, which caused a cascade of cancelled events for our short trip. Volaris offered nothing - no compensation, no explanation.

Absolutely horrible experience. I was not able to check in for my flight online. When I got to the airport to check in I was told I would be put on standby. We did not make the flight it was full then were told the next flight to our destination left in 3 days. Our baggage was lost and took 3 hours to recover. It was honestly the worst experience I have ever had with an airline.
