Our flight to Madrid, I paid to choose our seats and they changed them last minute, sitting us right next to the bathroom. They said we would have an extra seat but another passenger took it and when I tried to get help, I was ignored.

Seats where uncomfortable when person leaned back I could hardly out gray down and steward had to make us all put are seats up to eat
