This was the coldest flight I have ever experienced. Despite bringing it to the staff's attention multiple times, the cabin temperature was not increased. Passengers were actually wearing beanies and sweaters inside.

Terrible—the flight went as far as Sardinia and then turned around and returned to Madrid. Now plane was secured but we arrived 5 hours later and it was a very inconvenient and stressful beginning of our vacation. Unreliable!

The connection time is impossible. We missed it on the way overand had to run like maniacs and go through 3 seperate immigration procedures to transit at Madrid airport to het from Toulouseto NYC. Ridiculous. Many people missed their connections. Connection times have to leave at least 2 hrs with these Iberia flights. Scheduling the NYC to Toulouse using Iberia is bad business. I will never use that sort of flight again. And althoughi booked a British Airways flight both ways, none of the flights were on a British Airways aircraft.

The worst flight I've ever had with Iberia. The food only reached line 46 of the plane. After the seat line 46 they gave him the rest of the food, they did not reach the snacks, nor did they have to eat what was left. After arriving at the destination 1 hour on the plane and 2 hours more waiting for your bags, this was all on a flight from Madrid to Orlando.
