My seat reservation that I had paid for was totally changed and the female flight attendant who was responsible for section was really rude and unresponsive to our needs

They left us outside due to a delay on a flight of their own Iberia. Worst service seen in quite a while. Now baggage is lost

Very poor service, out of all the flight attendants. Only 2 smiled. The rest did not show any emotions. Very cold and not hospitable. When asking for anything like water or milk. It appears to be a problem for the attendants to get it. Did not see any attendants walking around to ask if everything is ok except to give us food at the beginning and then at the end of the flight for snacks and getting trash. No interaction otherwise. Poor food for Muslim meal snack. Was a vegetable sandwich while others got a marble cake. Don't understand why Muslims aren't able to get marble cake? Light turned on to call for flight attendant for 28 minutes, comes and turns it off and leaves without helping. We Turn light on again, comes 10 minutes later and says “what's the problem” Seats terribly dirty and broken down In flight entertainment was alright. I brought my own. Free Wifi worked well for messaging only Bathroom out of soap and toilet paper. No refill for either of those had to use paper towels.

My seat entertainment system did not work. The crew fixed it twice but on good. Staff very pleasant.
