The plane was very clean, the crews were excellent and the food was delicious.

There was a boarding delay while they waited for a replacement crew member. The seats seemed as good or better as those on the 8.5hr SAS flight! There was a beverage & snack service which was also a pleasant surprise. The crew was lovely. I would love to take this flight again.

Packed airplane with uncomfortable seats and flight attendants that just wanted to sell you food & drinks. Please note, especially if you are diabetic or have other health issues, you get very little food & drinks included in the 8.5 hours. It was probably the worst trans-Atlantic flight I have ever been on.

My tv screen was damaged. Packed flight but comfort was no worse than the other airlines. Would have liked a 2nd beverage to have something to drink with meal. Food was ok - small portions.
