The airline staff at Karachi, Pakistan, airport was terrible. They were not issuing me boarding passes due to their lack of information regarding the long layover in UK. The border control in UK issued me a transit visa, yet the airplane staff at KHI was not issuing me a boarding pass, and I was in a chaotic situation for 2 hours.

It's terrible, they broke my 2 luggages wheels and won't take responsibility. My flight from Manama to Muscat was delayed twice and once boarding, there's no room for my hands carried so they forced me and 1/4 of passengers to load our hands carried and I didn't have lock. The cabin was so hot I asked the crew to turn on A/C and the reply was, once up in the air, it'd be colder!

First, they rescheduled the flight twice, then once boarding, a long wait before took off. The services on board was poor, staffs weren't friendly, and once I got my luggages, 2 of them the wheels were gone. When I went to its baggage claim office at the airport, there's no staff. I made a complaint in their website and received the message back that I had to visit their office at the airport which I did but they couldn't do anything if I couldn't show them the Claim number issued by its Website even hough I told them the Website told me to visit them at the office. So, I couldn't claim for the damage. This'll be my last time traveling with them!
